CPC Corporation, Taiwan, Maiden Voyage Ceremony

中油打造中油21號、中油22號大型電推油駁船，並於23日正式啟用。油駁船是用於港內船舶加油之用，而電推油駁船顧名思義，就是利用發電機帶動馬達，再推動螺旋槳轉動，有別於傳統引擎帶動螺旋槳轉動。由於馬達帶動螺旋槳的效率較佳，最多可減少29%燃油消耗，每艘船每年約可減少313公噸的二氧化碳排放量。

CPC Corporation created Chung Yu No. 21 and Chung Yu No. 22, large-scale electric oil barge and officially launched it on the 23^rd April, 2018. Oil barges are used to refuel ships in Taiwan, which is electric oil barges that use generators to drive the motor and propeller rotation, unlikely those traditional engines. Due to the better efficiency of the propeller driven by the motor, fuel consumption can be reduced by up to 29%, and each ship can reduce its carbon dioxide emissions by 313 metric tons per year.
